Joining a waitlist or submitting an application does not guarantee admission, availability, a place in a program, or a particular outcome. Specific services, prices, billing, cancellation terms, and other binding conditions will be provided before enrollment or purchase.
Waitlists and Applications
We may review applications for service fit, capacity, and objective eligibility requirements. Submitting a form does not create a coaching relationship. Applicants should not include sensitive medical information in public forms.
