FXNL Performance Lab is a fitness, nutrition education, and coaching business. This policy describes how information is handled when you visit fxnlperformancelab.com, apply for coaching, join a waitlist, subscribe to The Lab Notes, or request educational resources.

Email Marketing and Your Choices
If you subscribe to The Lab Notes or other FXNL marketing, you can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. We may continue to send non-promotional messages necessary to fulfill your requests or maintain an active service relationship. Requesting a resource or applying for coaching does not require agreement to unrelated marketing.
Services and Processors
We may use Wix for website hosting and forms, MailerLite for email subscriptions, Zapier for workflow automation, Trainerize for coaching delivery, Stripe for payments, and analytics providers. Information is shared with service providers as reasonably necessary for their functions. The exact providers and configurations will be confirmed before launch.
Payments and Coaching Information
If paid services or products are offered, payments may be handled by third-party processors. We do not intend to collect full payment card details through ordinary website forms. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through public application or contact forms; appropriate secure onboarding methods will be provided when needed.

Our website may use necessary cookies and, if enabled, analytics or marketing technologies. We will provide any notices and choices required for the tools actually deployed, and will update this section after implementation.
Retention and Security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, applicable legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Retention periods and deletion workflows will be finalized for the production systems.

This website and the current coaching application are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through these forms.
